Background

Joy Madhu

I’m an independent engineer focused on production-grade Web3 systems. Three-plus years in crypto across DeFi protocols, token launchpads, cross-chain UX, and AI-augmented on-chain tooling.

Recent work clusters around three themes: privacy (FHE markets, TEE-based dark order books), agentic DeFi (soulbound AI copilots, autonomous trading), and native tooling (macOS productivity apps for the developer workflow).

I ship across the full stack — Solidity contracts to Next.js frontends, Solana programs to Swift desktop apps — and care a lot about the seams between them: gas, UX, settlement guarantees, and the boring infra that decides whether a product actually works in production.

Currently exploring: confidential compute (Zama FHEVM, Intel TDX, MagicBlock), agent-mediated payments (x402, ERC-7984), and no-bridge cross-chain UX (CCTP V2).
